GoTo provides a user-friendly app that lets you book a car at any time and from anywhere. The vehicles are clean, fully fueled, insured, and ready to take you where you need to go. Over the past year, the company has launched innovative products that offer customers a range of mobility options to suit their different needs.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for GoTo's digital channels, including marketing automation. Your main responsibility will involve creating and implementing customer journeys that cover all stages of the customer lifecycle - from acquisition and activation to loyalty. You'll also be expected to conduct thorough analyses to continuously refine and enhance customer journeys and optimize our digital marketing approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage all digital assets and platforms, encompassing the complete customer journey.
· Collaborate effectively with marketing and technology teams to implement content strategy across all digital platforms.
· Develop lifecycle campaign strategies, accurately segmenting and targeting audiences for increased engagement and conversion through persona-based personalized journeys.
· Oversee vendors for outsourced digital design and development tasks.
· Monitor and analyze data to improve and optimize customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
· At least two years of experience managing customer lifecycle/retention through marketing automation platforms is necessary.
· Digital marketing experience in app-based companies.
· Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
· Advanced proficiency with marketing tools such as Braze, AppsFlyer, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
· A data-driven and analytical mindset with strong capabilities in reporting and analyzing results.
· Experience in collaborating with and managing various stakeholders.
· Exceptional organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
· A creative spirit, curiosity, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork.
· A strong personality who can thrive among other leaders.
