Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector

Job Objective:

Responsible for conducting inspections and tests on production and packaging lines, ensuring adherence to standard production processes that maintain the quality and safety of the final product for the customer.

Authorities:

• Halt production or packaging lines in case of a malfunction, in coordination with the production manager and direct supervisor.
• Make real-time corrective action decisions.
• Provide guidance and supervision in the field of product quality and safety in production and packaging departments.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting tests and examinations according to specifications and in accordance with testing procedures.
• Responsible for incoming inspections of raw materials and packaging, including documentation.
• Responsible for collecting, processing, and storing data and test results.
• Responsible for identifying, reporting, and documenting any quality or safety-related issues with the product.
• Responsible for conducting cleanliness inspections of production and packaging lines.
• Responsible for conducting glass/hard plastic surveys in the plant.
• Responsible for product sampling according to the sampling plan.
• Responsible for preparing daily tastings.
• Responsible for product release.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic background in the field (biotechnology engineering, food science, etc.)
• Availability to work shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
• Attention to detail and high level of responsibility
