Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 5 teams of acquisition managers (approximately 25 employees).
• Own the overall strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Implement advanced analytical methodologies to optimize campaign performance and ensure ROI targets are met.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and ensure seamless integration of acquisition strategies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and team empowerment.

About You

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and growing large, diverse teams (15+ employees preferred).
• Expertise in Campaign Management: Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies, tools, and trends in the digital landscape.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture, align resources effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can take ownership and drive change.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or user acquisition.
• At least 5 years in managerial roles, leading and developing teams.
• A proven track record of scaling campaigns effectively in high-stakes environments.
• Analytical and strategic expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
• Entrepreneurial background or experience in building teams, products, or businesses is a significant plus.
