Marketing Communications Coordinator

Massivit, a leading large-format additive manufacturing company, is looking for a full-time Marketing Communications Coordinator with proven experience managing international trade shows and project managing marketing tasks and collaterals.

Responsibilities:

-Project managing for a variety of marketing projects including production of marketing collaterals, updating the company’s online Customer Portal with content, liaising with the marketing team’s suppliers and assisting the marketing team with live Webinar productions and administrative needs.

-Managing all aspects of the company’s participation in international tradeshows and events from A-Z including budget, briefs to suppliers, design process, securing and communication with booth construction suppliers, managing display items and ensuring delivery, providing sales teams with event targets/information, managing the installation of booth, debriefing and presenting to stakeholders. Ensuring other event-related tasks are completed by coordinating with marketing content creators (industry award submissions, speaking slots, updated brochures, Press Kit, videos for booth screens).

-Remote management of regional face-to-face Open House events hosted at customer sites (in North America, Europe, Latin America).

-Assisting with marketing content editing and writing such as social media posts and submissions for tradeshow speaking slots.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

-Prior experience managing international exhibitions from A-Z.

-Ability to travel

Preferred:

-Experience managing production of marketing collaterals.

-Experience with HubSpot CRM or an equivalent marketing CRM.

-Experience using WordPress or basic html.

-Proficient in English
