Finance and Economics Manager – Dairy Sector

The Dairy Division is Tnuva’s largest and most central sector, delivering products found in nearly every home in Israel. We are seeking a Finance and Economics Manager to lead a team.

This is a pivotal role that contributes directly to the division's goals through financial and economic leadership, working closely with senior management and other key stakeholders within the company.

***Key Responsibilities***

Partner in shaping and implementing financial and economic strategies for the Dairy Division.

Analyze business results, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Oversee monthly financial closures, including production, inventory, procurement, and marketing processes, in collaboration with production sites and corporate finance.

Build, analyze, and present the division’s budget, ensuring ongoing budgetary control.

Monitor and analyze production efficiency plans, including quality control.

Manage inventory control foר work in progress, raw materials, and spare parts.

Support product costing, economic analysis, and the launch of new products.

***Requirements***

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.

At least 5 years of experience in the aforementioned responsibilities, preferably in an industrial environment.

Proven experience in managing teams in a large organization.

Strong analytical skills for data analysis and actionable insights, including the ability to prepare presentations.

High proficiency in ERP, BI systems, and large databases.
