CRM Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the upgrade and replacement of our CRM system, ensuring alignment with the company’s business and technological needs.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation
• CRM Process Design: Analyze and define CRM processes to ensure they align with business requirements. This involves a deep understanding of CRM systems within a trading environment to optimize performance and efficiency
• RFP Creation: Develop comprehensive Requests for Proposal (RFP) by assessing existing systems and crafting new requirements. This task requires strong analytical skills and expertise in system integration to ensure alignment with business needs
• Product Requirements Definition: Collect and analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into clear and precise product specifications
• Project Management & Planning: Develop work plans and Gantt charts, and manage cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, while overseeing resources and budgets
• Change Leadership: Drive processes and collaborate across all organizational levels, effectively managing resistance and maintaining strong interpersonal communication
• Data Analysis & KPI Setting: Analyze performance data, implement data-driven improvements, and establish clear success metrics (KPIs) for continuous growth

Requirement

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a CRM Product Manager, with mandatory experience in fintech or trading companie
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, utilizing BI/analytics tools to inform product decision
• Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple cross-functional interfaces in a matrix environmen
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision and a meticulous approach to ensure quality and accurac
