We’re looking for a dynamic Product Leader to join our team and drive the strategy, development, and go-to-market (GTM) approach for our platform. This role is a unique blend of customer-focused product management and strategic leadership, with a critical emphasis on understanding and delivering what SMBs truly need.

Responsibilities:

Act as the voice of the customer by engaging with business owners to understand their pain points, workflows, and needs.

Lead customer discovery sessions, usability testing, and gather continuous feedback to iterate and improve the product.

Own the product from its early stages, and lead its growth.

Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in product management. Experience in SMB-focused SaaS products or the home service industry is a strong plus.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to engage with customers and translate insights into actionable product decisions.

Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in crafting GTM strategies that drive user adoption and revenue growth.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with design and engineering teams; ability to discuss technical trade-offs and architecture at a high level.

Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
