Senior Bookkeeper

About the Role:

A successful and well-established financial company is seeking an experienced bookkeeper for a diverse and engaging position. The role includes full responsibility for the bookkeeping of one of the company’s subsidiaries (with a turnover of 50 million ILS). The ideal candidate should be skilled in all aspects of bookkeeping, including:

• Managing customers and suppliers.
• Cash flow planning and management.
• Bank reconciliations and handling bank guarantees.
• Intercompany reconciliations.
• Reporting to authorities – VAT, income tax, and social security.
• MASAV verifications and bank transfers.
• Preparing financial data for reports (not up to trial balance – a senior bookkeeper reviews).

Position Details:

• Full-time (9-hour workday) with flexible starting hours
• Hybrid- one day a week from home.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 2/3.
• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP B1 is a significant advantage.
