We're looking for a DevRel Engineer to help our users succeed and grow their accounts. Role Overview

As a DevRel Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with our community of users, supporting them in their technical journey, and fostering meaningful relationships with the company. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping developers integrate our tools, solve complex problems, and unlock new opportunities with our product.

In addition to empowering users, you will collaborate with existing customers to ensure they fully leverage the value of our solutions. By understanding their needs and challenges, you’ll help identify ways our tools can address broader use cases and drive deeper engagement within their teams.

In this role, you will:

• Be the Advocate: Understand our users' and customers’ challenges, communicating their needs to internal teams to inform product development.
• Provide Expert Support: Guide developers in integrating and using our tools effectively, ensuring they succeed in their technical goals.
• Foster Strong Relationships: Build trust and rapport with users and customers through responsive, solutions-oriented engagement.
• Create Value: Help teams discover new ways our tools can solve their challenges, driving deeper adoption and success.
• Empower Developers: Develop resources like tutorials, guides, and demos to make our tools accessible and impactful.

Requirements

• Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in areas like DevOps, developer tools, and database schema management.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
