We're creating a Virtual Marketing Agency, where each of our clients gets a personal 24/7 marketing team working on their Strategy, Campaigns, Social Engagement, Brand Awareness, and more.

You will work on:

• Virtual workers.
• End-to-end platform features.
• multi-participant (humans & AI) instant messaging platform.
• Contribution to open-source and AI tech (GenAI, LLMs, Agents).

Qualifications:

• Experience with Backend & Frontend development.
• Practical experience with Managed AWS services (ECS, EKS, RDS, etc).
• Proficiency in coding with a couple of languages Elixir,Rust,Go,Python,etc.
• Proficient with the web technologies such as - HTML, JavaScript, CSS, TailWind, Phoenix, Petal, layouts, components, and responsive web design, etc.
• Knowledge of AWS, APIs, VScode, Figma, StoryBook, Chrome Dev Tools, etc.
• Git master.

Responsibilities:

• Build a multi-participant (humans & AI) instant messaging platform.
• Maintain code integrity and standards compliance through self-assessment and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to develop and implement responsive user interfaces using Elixir, Petal, Tailwind, LiveView, Phoenix, and more.
• Build and maintain monoliths, microservices, and serverless infrastructure - we use all three in different parts of our stack.
• Develop, test, and deploy real-time, distributed, highly scalable systems.
• Build a multi-participant (humans & AI) instant messaging platform.
• Collaborate with the AI team on cutting-edge tech.
• Seamlessly integrate APIs.
