We’re seeking a CTO Co-Founder to drive the development of an AI-driven virtual law firm, combining cutting-edge technology with a mission to make legal services more accessible and efficient.

About Us:

Our platform bridges the gap for millions of individuals access legal services. We use AI to simplify case intake and assessment, creating lawyer-ready case files, reducing client acquisition costs, and ensuring access to justice for all.

Your Role:

As the CTO Co-Founder, you’ll lead our technical efforts while collaborating with the founding team to bring our vision to life.

• AI Development: Build and optimize machine learning and NLP models tailored for legal case assessment and automation.
• Infrastructure Design: Develop secure, scalable platforms for web and mobile to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a small tech team as we grow, focusing on high-performance and innovation.
• Compliance: Ensure all tech solutions adhere to legal and ethical standards for data security and client privacy.
• Hands-On Contribution: Balance strategic leadership with active involvement in coding and technical implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Core Skills: Expertise in AI (machine learning, NLP), full-stack web development, and scalable systems.
• Leadership: Experience leading tech teams in startups or other fast-paced environments.
• Strategic Alignment: Ability to align technology with business and market goals.
• Added Value: A background in legal tech or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Bonus Points: Service in a combat unit demonstrates resilience, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure.

Compensation & Commitment:

• Equity-Based Role: Significant equity allocation as a Co-Founder.
• No Cash Compensation Initially: This is an equity-only position until funding is secured.
• Part-Time Flexibility: The role can initially be part-time with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
