We are looking for an Algorithm Researcher to join our team at ELTA!

What will you do:

• Conducting the research and development of methods and algorithms for our products, from feasibility studies, detailed development, and testing, to algorithm implementation and supporting system integration.
• Joining a professional team of algorithm researchers in system research and development.
• Participating in activities with representatives from the Ministry of Defense, clients, project managers, and system engineers.
• Demonstrating a systemic perspective with attention to detail.
• Leading processes independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Physics - mandatory.
• Specialization in digital signal processing, digital algorithms, and estimation theory - mandatory.
• Experience in leading algorithm research and development in the field of signal processing and system research.
• Knowledge in digital signal processing, analog-to-digital signal conversion, and random processes.
• Familiarity with communication/Radar/Signal Intelligence (SIGINT)/Electronic Warfare content - an advantage.
• Experience working with FPGA - an advantage.
• Systematic thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering and development teams.
