Sales and Business Development Associate

The FreeMind Group specializes in assisting life science organizations (Biotech, Pharma, MedTech) secure non-dilutive funding from US federal agencies and private foundations to fund R&D. Established in 1999, FreeMind is the global leader in this exciting field, and is constantly seeking further growth, hence the pivotal role of the Business Development and Sales Associate.

Job Description:

This position involves maintaining ongoing contact with several hundred international companies in the biotech sector, conducting negotiations and signing contracts with them through a combined process of initial face-to-face contact in the US and Europe, followed by negotiation via email and video/telephone from Israel.

 Job Requirements:

·      M.Sc. in Life Sciences

·      MBA – Advantage

·      English - Mother tongue level is a must

·      Strong written and oral capabilities

·      Proven sales experience - advantage

·      Ability to negotiate with senior executives both on the business and personal levels

·      Familiarity with US culture a plus 

·      Orderly and organized

·      Full-time position only, four days a week including afternoons and evenings (Monday-Thursday)

·      Flexibility to travel to the US and Europe several times a year

·      Located in Jerusalem

·      Flexible working hours from office and home
