Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Procurement Specialist for Outsourcing Services to join our Aviation Division.

What will you do:

• Lead and manage outsourcing procurement processes and tenders.
• Conducted negotiations and established agreements with suppliers and subcontractors both domestically and internationally.
• Collaborate with various interfaces including human resources, finance, and planning and control departments.
• Drive organizational efficiency initiatives and cost reduction processes.
• Handle procurement requests, monitor orders, and manage invoices.
• Operate in alignment with structured KPIs.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration- mandatory
• Proven experience in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, both domestically and internationally- mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service procurement/supplier management- mandatory
• High-level proficiency in English- mandatory
• Ability to work as part of a team, mobilize colleagues, and work independently with initiative.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret reports, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP procurement and inventory modules– an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work extended hours if necessary.
• Readiness to travel abroad for work-related purposes.
