Product Team Lead (Hands-On)

Job Description:

·        Lead the product team and take full responsibility for the product lifecycle, from the website to CRM systems.

·        Drive continuous improvement of the company’s products with a focus on sales, service, and marketing processes.

·        Coordinate and manage sprints in collaboration with the development team, while meeting the company's KPIs.

·        Work closely with all company departments and business partners to improve processes and integrations.

·        Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

·        Manage and support CRM systems, including telephony and automation.

Job Requirements:

·        At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience.

·        Managing teams experience – advantage

·        Experience in B2C - essential, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes.

·        Advantageous to have experience in insurance or fintech sectors.

·        High technical proficiency – extensive knowledge of technology, including working with development teams, CRM, automation tools, and API integrations.

·        Strong project management skills: Ability to manage complex projects, set goals, track progress, and report to senior management.
