Claims Analyst – Claims Department

Key Responsibilities:

1. Claims Review and Analysis: Analyze claim documents, assess compensation eligibility, and evaluate financial damage to policyholders. Develop an in-depth understanding of credit insurance policies.

2. Client and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with policyholders, law firms, and debt collection agencies while managing negotiations.

3. Decision-Making: Make informed decisions based on legal principles, while maintaining a business-oriented approach.

4. Debt Settlements and Case Monitoring: Oversee debt arrangements and track resolved cases.

5. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports and professional presentations.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: A degree in law or economics, with a strong legal orientation.

2. Process Management: Ability to drive processes with a business and financial perspective.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities.

4. Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

5. Personal Attributes: A proactive mindset, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
