Community and Partnerships Manager

A blockchain and gaming company building a decentralized game ecosystem for Web2 and Web3 is seeking a Community and Partnerships Manager to lead engagement and drive platform growth.

This role involves managing moderators, creating content, and fostering collaborations. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure community efforts align with the company's broader strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead community moderators to create an engaging and welcoming environment.
• Organize activities to boost member interaction and retention.
• Manage community platforms like Discord, optimizing tools and processes.
• Develop and share content across social channels to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Update community resources, including guides and FAQs, to reflect current developments.
• Build partnerships with Web3 projects, organizing events and collaborations.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and key community members.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and data to optimize community strategies and ensure best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, ideally in a Web3 or gaming environment.
• Proficiency with community management platforms (e.g., Discord) and experience with bot management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse groups.
