FP&A Student Position

We are looking for a talented and motivated FP&A Student with one year remaining in their studies to join our team!

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis while collaborating with teams across the organization. You'll collect and analyze data, conduct variance analyses, and assist in financial reporting processes. Responsibilities:

• Collect, prepare, and analyze financial, performance, and efficiency data from across the company to create reports that provide data-driven answers to business strategy and dilemmas
• Budget vs Actual variance analysis, and creating forecast
• Assist in the monthly financial close and reporting process
• Acquire a deep understanding of business operations and processes to optimize them
• Provide quality results and insights within short timelines to support business needs.
• Collaboration with all the departments across organization for understanding, monitoring, and meeting budget goals.
• Analyze , track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support Board of Directors (BOD) presentations and reports.

Requirements:

• B.A. in Economics / Business Administration / Finance or similar - graduate by October 2025 (please include a grade sheet with a GPA of 85+).
• Highly Skilled with Excel (modeling, Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc’) and Google sheets, Docs and Slides.
• Understanding of and ability to read financial statements.
• Can-do approach and aptitude in creative problem-solving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
