Chief of Staff - Intuit Israel

Overview

As the Chief of Staff for Intuit Israel, you will serve as a strategic partner and tactical advisor for the Site Leader and the Local Leadership Team. You will be responsible for crafting and monitoring the site's Annual Plan, ensuring it aligns with the site’s goals and objectives. You will also facilitate collaboration with the senior leadership team, track business metrics, and generate data insights to support informed decision-making.

You will provide project management support for key initiatives, and liaise with key stakeholders, both in Israel and abroad. This includes optimizing the budget based on site goals, and developing efficient local processes. Additionally, you will oversee and streamline site-wide initiatives and activities, ensuring the business continuity plan is robust and effective.

What you'll bring

Experience

• Experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar capacity, supporting senior executives and managing executive-level programs and initiatives
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, in a fast-paced and high-growth technology or software company
• Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, and project management
• Demonstrated experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and aligning diverse teams toward common strategic goals
  
  

• Leadership: ability to inspire and influence senior leaders and diverse teams
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving: a track record of developing and implementing effective strategies
• Communication: ability to effectively engage and align key stakeholders at various levels of the organization

• Familiarity with the technology and software industry, particularly within a global organization
• Working within an international setting, preferably for a US-based company

• Steering Local Leadership Team — you will act as a strategic partner and tactical arm of the Site Leader and Leadership Team, by:
• Crafting the site’s Annual Plan
• Routine Annual Plan steering and monitoring
• Facilitating senior leadership team collaboration
• Tracking business metrics and generating data insights and analysis
• Offering project management support to the site leader on key projects
• Site Strategy Realization — you will enable the implementation and drive transparency of the Global Site Strategy plan in Israel
• You will act as a liaison with key stakeholder groups, facilitating collaboration and cultivating influence across these organizations, by:
• Planning, managing, and optimizing budget based on the site’s goals
• Development of local processes
• Overseeing and streamlining site-wide initiatives and activities
• You will be overseeing the business continuity plan for the site
• You will lead a team of Business Operations professionals for Intuit Israel, which offers program management, logistics and administrative support to the site leaders and teams
