Quality and Reliability Manager

We are looking for a Quality and Reliability Manager to join us at the Space unit in the Missile and Space Systems Division!

What will you do

• :Leading quality in developing and manufacturing electro-mechanical and electronic assemblies for diverse projects
• .Leading quality and reliability from development stages, including qualification of assemblies and systems, participation in transition from development to production, quality oversight during production, and leading failure analysis
• .Working matrix-style across all project stakeholders within the missile division and secondary contractors
• .Ability to integrate into project teams
• .Matrix management of performance quality in projects
• .Working with various interfaces, including secondary contractors domestically and internationally, commercial factories, and various engineering teams
• .Client-facing responsibilities
• .Integration with the office and manufacturing floor

What We're Looking Fo

• r:B.Sc. in Electronics/Materials Engineering - require
• d.Over 7 years of experience in a factory developing and manufacturing electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies - require
• d.Experience in the quality field - an advantag
• e.Transition from development to manufacturing or engineering - an advantag
• e.Teamwork ability, broad perspectiv
• e.Willingness to work extra hour
