Role Description

This full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role in Petach Tikva focuses on supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for STXI's electronic products and solutions. The NPI Engineer will be involved in developing and launching new products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transitions from design to manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and quality assurance teams to support the design, prototyping, and production launch of new products.
• Create and manage product files, including technical documentation, assembly instructions, and test procedures.
• Drive design transfer to manufacturing, including DFM/DFT, PCBA processes, and BOM creation.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Provide engineering support for production challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication across all project stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in electronics development and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PCB and PCBA technologies.
• ·Experience in NPI processes, including transfer of products from development to production.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and principles.
• Proficiency in technical documentation creation.
• High level of communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Background in motion control or industrial automation is an advantage.
