The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Front-End Team Leader to take charge of our front-end platform and lead a team of four talented developers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, values accountability, and wants to make a tangible impact on both the team and the product.

As the leader of the only front-end team at Tres, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the platform’s user interface, from building dashboards to implementing complex functionalities. This is a leadership role with a heavy emphasis on technical contributions—you’ll write code daily while mentoring and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire front-end platform, ensuring its quality, scalability, and performance.
• Manage and lead a team of four developers, mentoring them and overseeing their work through design reviews, pull requests, and time management.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Be a hands-on contributor, writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code for new features and functionalities.
• Occasionally work on APIs or backend functionality to support front-end requirements (though 90% of the role is front-end focused).
• Drive technical discussions and decisions regarding front-end architecture, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

• Strong experience in front-end development, with expertise in Vue.js (experience in React is a plus).
