Technical Recruiter, Entry Level – Jump Start

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to signing/hiring for a wide range of technological positions.
• Carry outsourcing/headhunting for various positions using social networks and databases.
• Perform phone and personal interviews.
• Work closely with C-suite executives and internal recruiters to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Comeet, Lever) and CRM systems to streamline processes and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Escort the candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a great recruitment experience for the candidate.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in technical recruitment or in a technical environment– a significant advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter, customer-oriented, motivated, and detailed/results-oriented.
• Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong communication skills for high-stakes recruitment processes.
• Must thrive and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
• High level of service orientation paired with strong marketing and sales skills to engage and attract top talent.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
