Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer and Administration Manager located in Ramat Yishai. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

• Sales Process Management: Overseeing all stages of the sales process, including preparing price quotes, receiving orders, issuing invoices, and managing collections.
• Client Relations: Maintaining ongoing communication and strong relationships with clients.
• Import and Export Operations: Managing and coordinating import and export activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Client Relations: Strong background in client communication and relationship management.
• ERP System Experience: Proficiency in operating ERP systems, preferably Priority.
• Import and Export Expertise: Experience in managing import and export processes.
• English Proficiency: well-written and spoken English skills.
• Technical Skills: Experience working in an English-based Windows environment.
