Position: Product Manager

Experience Level: 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Define and execute the product strategy aligned with ConWize’s mission and business goals.

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Roadmap and Planning:

- Create and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

Customer-Centric Development:

- Engage with customers to gather insights, validate ideas, and refine product features.

- Monitor user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the product experience.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Act as the bridge between business, technical, and customer teams, ensuring alignment on product goals.

- Present product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Execution and Delivery:

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Drive the agile development process, ensuring clear requirements and efficient sprint execution.

Qualifications

Experience:

- 5+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and customer personas.

- Expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge:

- Familiarity with the construction or tendering industry is a plus.

- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technical product features is advantageous.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Product Management) are a bonus.
