Job Overview:

In this role, as Simulation Team Leader, you will lead a software team taking major part in developing Ceva's AI simulation framework. This framework is at the heart of the Ceva AI software offering, with deep impact on multiple hardware and software teams ability to execute state of the art LLM, Generative AI and Neural Networks with extraordinary performance. You will lead a team of creative and result oriented enthusiasts that invent, design, and implement a wide spectrum of smart algorithms to simulate state of the art Ceva hardware IP components. You will develop a robust and efficient simulation software. You will collaborate globally with various Ceva teams including VLSI, Architecture, Software and actively contribute to the next generation of Ceva and worlds AI solutions. You will report to the VBU Simulation Software Manager.

We are looking for a brilliant, knowledgeable, hardworking, efficient, and focused hands-on leader with strong technical skills and proven experience in driving software team into delivery of state-of the art software, meeting aggressive KPI and on time and at quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the simulator engineering team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the simulator
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation solutions into broader projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of team members.
• Collaborate globally with architects, HW teams, validation teams, and other developer teams

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field from a leading university
• At least 5 years of hands-on C++ software engineering in embedded/firmware domains
• Experience in developing complex software systems
• At least 3 years of experience as Software Team Leader
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
