Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading large-scale technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in software architecture, scalability, and SaaS cloud-native solutions.
• Strong track record in driving technological transformations and modernizing legacy systems.
• Experience with M&A processes, including technology integration and risk assessment.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and growth.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
