Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Technology Teams: Manage and mentor technology teams.
• Architectural Innovation: Design and implement advanced, scalable architectural solutions to support large-scale operations.
• Infrastructure Development: Build reliable infrastructures with hands-on expertise in cloud technologies and DevOps.
• Hands-On Leadership: Act as a technical leader, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
• Tech Stack Enhancement: Drive the development and optimization of technologies for media and advertising platforms.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and mentoring technology teams (4–6 years).
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Cloud technologies, and DevOps.
• Infrastructure Development: At least 6 years of hands-on experience designing and building reliable infrastructures using cloud and DevOps technologies.
• Architectural Knowledge: Strong ability to design and implement scalable architectural solutions.

• Startup Experience: A background in startup environments with a strong understanding of business needs.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in advertising or digital industries is a strong advantage.
• High-level English proficiency.
