Internal Auditor Specialist

Sapiens is on the lookout for an Internal Control Specialist to become a key player in our Holon team. If you're a seasoned Internal Control Specialist and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.

This position will be part of Sapiens’ Corporate division.

What You’ll Do

• Implement audit plans/execute audits as per the defined audit plan for the year.
• Perform operational, financial, compliance audits and IT audits, etc.
• Evaluate and examine processes, policies, procedures and systems by performing walkthroughs, to identify risks and mitigating controls.
• Interact with process owners and stakeholders independently.
• Drafting of audit reports.
  
  

Must Have Skills

What to Have for this position:

• B.A. or B.Sc. degree.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Internal Audit.
• Ability to perform initial risk assessment of the process under review and develop audit test plans such as Business audits, P2P, HR, Finance, SOX, IT etc.
• Good interpersonal, communication, report drafting, presentations and analytical skills.
• High competency level in use of PowerPoint presentations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
  

Good To Have Skills

• CPA / CIA / CISA / CFE or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of Internal Audits in tech companies.
• Good knowledge of other Data analytics and auditing tools.
