Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us attract top talent to drive our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Create and post compelling job descriptions that attract diverse and qualified talent.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that meet role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide data-driven insights on recruitment metrics, trends, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency) with a track record of successful placements.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Passion for finding and connecting with top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
