Bionaut Labs is Hiring: Mechanical Engineering Student

Bionaut Labs is at the forefront of developing micro-robots for surgical procedures in the brain. We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineering student to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, manufacture, and assemble tools and development products for surgical procedures.
• Participate in preclinical experiments, evaluate prototypes, support experiment management, and document results.
• Review scientific articles and develop experimental setups accordingly.
• Hands-On Work! Assemble mechanisms, manufacture parts, and take part in experiments.
• Design, manufacture, and assemble test fixtures/jigs and supporting tools.

Who are we looking for?

• A Mechanical Engineering student (third year or higher).
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks) – advantage.
• Experience with 3D printing (knowledge of resin printing is a plus).
• Experience in designing and drafting sheet metal parts – advantage.
• Strong English skills – speaking, reading, and writing – for daily communication with international teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning new technical fields.
