Assistant Financial Controller

Realize, an outsource finance boutique firm, is on the lookout for an assistant controller to take care of our amazing clients, learn the business from the ground up, and grow with it. We specialize in providing external CFO services and A-Z financial operations to SAAS clients. Our passion for what we do sets us apart from other financial services firms.

We are currently in the lookout for an ASSITANT CONTROLLER

This awesome individual will learn the Realize methodology to eventually be able to manage Israel's most promising startups independently from the ground up. We are looking for motivated individuals with passion and a special appetite for learning and making an impact on their companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Financial Controller. The Assistant Financial Controller will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including financial reporting, analyzing financial statements, and providing financial insights. This role is based in Ramat Gan, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a rapid, demanding multi-tasking environment
• Expert level in Excel and Microsoft tools.
• Great English skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in finance, financial reporting, and accounting
• Proficiency in creating and analyzing financial statements
• Extraordinary people skills and ability to move others to take action
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
