With our sights set on expanding to the US and Canadian markets, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to lead our growth efforts.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth in North America. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic thinker who is also a do-er, someone who thrives in a small company environment where initiative, creativity, and execution are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for launching and scaling Giving Technologies’ presence in the US and Canada.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategy.

Execution:

• Manage and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Create compelling content that resonates with North American audiences, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and campaign materials.
• Optimize website and landing pages for conversions and user experience.

Analytics and Optimization:

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine and optimize strategies.
• Test and refine marketing messages, targeting, and channels to maximize ROI.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and staff members as necessary.

Brand Development:

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital and offline channels.
• Build Giving Technologies’ reputation as a trusted partner in the non-profit sector.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 7+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of building and implementing successful strategies in North America (or globally).
• Experience working in or with small companies/startups, wearing multiple hats as needed.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or non-profit sectors is a plus.

Skills:

• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus.
