Job Description: Director of Digital Marketing
Location: Remote (North America preferred)

At Giving Technologies, we provide cutting-edge fintech solutions tailored for the non-profit sector, with the goal of empowering and increasing charitable giving. With our sights set on expanding to the US and Canadian markets, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to lead our growth efforts.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth in North America. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic thinker who is also a do-er, someone who thrives in a small company environment where initiative, creativity, and execution are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for launching and scaling Giving Technologies’ presence in the US and Canada.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategy.
Execution:
- Manage and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Create compelling content that resonates with North American audiences, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and campaign materials.
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversions and user experience.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine and optimize strategies.
- Test and refine marketing messages, targeting, and channels to maximize ROI.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and staff members as necessary.
Brand Development:
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital and offline channels.
- Build Giving Technologies’ reputation as a trusted partner in the non-profit sector.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 7+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of building and implementing successful strategies in North America (or globally).
- Experience working in or with small companies/startups, wearing multiple hats as needed.
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or non-profit sectors is a plus.
Skills:
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus.

- Self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly analytical with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
