We seek a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Team Lead with expertise in distributed systems to join our growing and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop distributed systems with high availability and redundancy.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.
• Building core components of the framework to further the decentralization of other distributed systems.
• Mentor and train other team members on design pattern techniques and coding standards.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code, using TDD.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in large-scale production environments involving diverse services, databases, and components.
• 1–3 years in a Team Lead role, ideally in a startup setting.
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js.
• Proven ability to architect and implement solutions to ambiguous, high-impact challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and infrastructure.

Ideally, You Have:

• Experience with Blockchains / distributed systems (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).
• Built financial, high reliability and secured systems.
• Experience writing smart contracts.
• B.Sc. in computer science or an equivalent
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of cryptography.
