Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Team Lead in Raanana. The Sourcing Team Lead will be responsible for being Sourcing Expert, leading the team hiring, guiding, mentoring, interviewing, and recruiting tasks to ensure the acquisition of top talents.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years experience in Tech Sourcing - specially software R&D.
- Mentoring and guiding background - advantage
- Management experience - advantage
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
