Senior Manager of Bookkeeping Teams

A leading financial services company is looking for a Senior Manager of Bookkeeping Teams to oversee teams, optimize processes, and ensure client satisfaction. This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership, creative thinking, and the ability to tackle professional challenges in a dynamic environment.

In this role, the Senior Manager will lead experienced bookkeeping teams and 2 team leaders, while maintaining high performance and continuous improvement of operational processes. The manager will be responsible for optimizing ongoing workflows, identifying professional challenges, and providing effective solutions for the teams. Additionally, the role includes ensuring high client satisfaction in bookkeeping services. The role also involves evaluating new technological tools and improving existing tools to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of ERP systems, with preference for experience with Priority and NetSuite.

Certificate in Bookkeeping (Level 3) (mandatory).

At least 3 years of managerial experience in bookkeeping teams.
