General Manager

Reporting directly to the founder, you will oversee the strategic direction, development, and execution of our product offerings while driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers across multiple lines of business.
• Build and scale incredible teams and processes that deliver exceptional products.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.

• Product Strategy & Execution:
• Define, own, and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market launch.
• Drive data-driven decision-making to address customer needs and market demands.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product pricing, competitive positioning, and market fit.

• Business Strategy & Collaboration:
• Work closely with business, marketing, and operations teams to align product offerings with company objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and metrics to ensure sustained growth.
• Represent product strategy to C-level executives and external stakeholders.

• Innovation & Results:
• Identify new opportunities, drive innovative solutions, and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor product development sprints, identify enhancement opportunities, and evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of at least 15 years as a product leader, with experience managing in the trade-in industry is required.
• B2C experience is essential; fintech experience is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with executives and influencing high-level decisions.
• Expertise in data-driven product management and a strong business orientation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with cloud-based platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a team-player mentality.
• Ability to manage and grow talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• A B.S. in a technical field and an advanced degree are preferred.
