Food R&D Team Leader

We are looking for a Food R&D team leader to lead the company's food development team.

What will you do?

• Manage the R&D process for developing new products in all aspects - characterizing raw materials, developing new formulations, examining shelf life, and examining machine performance.
• Manage the R&D process for improving existing products.
• Planned and executed projects from concept and product development to scale-up.
• Design and lead experiments.
• Work closely with the QA and regulation team in the food department and the company development chef.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team in the company (in Israel, USA, and Europe).

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or any related scientific field
• 4-5 years of experience in the food industry (Dairy industry- an advantage).
• 4-5 years of experience in leading a team.
• Experience in managing complex projects.
• Experience in R&D of products.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Hebrew and English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability and desire to learn new subjects.
• High multidisciplinary skills.
• Curious, open to change, and highly motivated.
• Strong analytical skills.
