Implementation Specialist

Dexel Pharma - a successful Israeli pharmaceutical company, requires an ERP system implementer in financial/logistics modules.

Description:

Analysis and characterization of user and managers' requirements in the field of finance / procurement / inventory / sales.

Leading new projects, in-depth and professional familiarity with the system's capabilities, performing configuration and adjustments to the organization's needs, user support, implementation, leading and assimilation of cross-organizational processes

Complex work environment, multiple users and systems, understanding business processes and integration between relevant systems

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems or Accounting Studies with experience in implementing and assimilating financial applications - a must
2. 3 years of experience in implementation, preferably for large organizations / industry – a must
3. Implementation in one of the leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Priority - a must
4. Knowledge of SQL and working with databases – a must
5. Familiarity with financial processes, sales and logistics, experience in analyzing systems and characterizing customer needs – a significant advantage
6. Working with ERP INFOR M3 – a significant advantage
7. Experience in characterizing requirements, working with managers and work interfaces
8. English at a very high level - a must
