About the Role

DiploAct is looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our creative team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning videos and animations that drive engagement and communicate powerful narratives. From editing raw footage to designing motion graphics, your work will play a pivotal role in advancing DiploAct’s mission of reshaping perceptions of Israel and the Jewish people on a global scale.

You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of writers, producers, and creatives to produce content for digital platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more. This is an opportunity to use your creative expertise to create meaningful, high-impact media.

• Video Editing: Transform raw footage into polished, professional videos that align with DiploAct’s creative vision and messaging.
• Motion Design: Create engaging animations, infographics, and title sequences to enhance video storytelling.
• Platform Optimization: Adapt content for various digital platforms, ensuring each piece resonates with the intended audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with scriptwriters, producers, and the wider creative team to bring ideas to life.
• Consistent Branding: Ensure all video and motion design elements adhere to DiploAct’s brand guidelines and mission.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with design and platform trends to produce cutting-edge, impactful content.

• Skilled Editor: Proficient in video editing software such Adobe Premiere Pro
• Motion Design Expert: Experienced in motion graphics and animation tools like Adobe After Effects or Blender.
• Creative Storyteller: Strong visual and narrative storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Detail-Oriented: Sharp eye for design, pacing, and visual consistency.
• Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of video compression, optimization, and delivery for digital platforms.
• Collaborative Team Player: Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Mission-Driven: Passionate about creating content that inspires, educates, and aligns with DiploAct’s advocacy goals.

• Experience with 3D motion design (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
• Expertise in color grading, sound design, or audio editing.
• Familiarity with trends and best practices for video content on social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
