Digital Media Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital advertising sales professional to join the all-star sales team at NUVIAD. As a Sales Manager to agencies and ad networks you will be responsible for relentlessly creating and executing the company's sales process.

Responsibilities: 

• Managing the entire sales cycle from inception to deal close; including prospecting, pitching, negotiating and contract signing.
• Effectively searching for new sales prospects by being fully immersed in the industry, identifying new market trends, networking and attending various trade shows and industry events
• Building and developing a national sales pipeline across a portfolio of direct clients and channels in the digital media industry
• Providing timely feedback to management regarding performance, forecast and pipeline while documenting all sales activity
• Working closely with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities, advocate for clients, renew business and share knowledge across the organization
• Working closely with our R&D team to improve the product and NUVIAD's offering to different market segments
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales goals as well as consistently meeting monthly/quarterly performance benchmarks
• Becoming expertly knowledgeable about NUVIAD's offering and promoting it to relevant clients

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Sales for the Digital Marketing industry.
• B.A./B.Sc Higher Education Degree
• Strong selling capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
• Proactive; curious; quick learner; able to work independently
• Winner: Ambitious, tenacious; persistent, goal-oriented
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication and Persuasion Skills
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• English at mother tongue level, other languages such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, Chinese and Arabic an advantage
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-national, high activity, high transaction environment
