M-Challenge is seeking a Technical Support and Help Desk Specialist.

Our company is seeking a junior network administrator and a help desk professional to provide IT services to our clients. The position includes field and office work from Sunday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 18:00. Certifications, a driver's license, and a certificate of integrity are required.

Technical knowledge requirements:

• Servers, operating systems from 2016-2022 (RDS, AD, DNS, DHCP)
• Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting abilities
• Operation of FG, CP, JUN
• Familiarity with cloud services like Office 365, GSUTE, AWS
• Storage systems from DELL, NETAPP, HP
• Information security products, EDR, XDR, content filtering
• VPN S2S connections
• Ability to respond quickly to customers concurrently
• Patience and the ability to explain things clearly and pleasantly.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role in the past."
