• Lead and mentor developers, fostering professional growth and skill development.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software with an ownership mindset.

Requirements:

• Experience:7+ years in software engineering, with strong frontend and backend experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role with demonstrated mentoring skills.
• Proven track record of building web applications from the ground up.
• Technical Expertise:Strong understanding of production systems and web product architecture.
• Proficiency in AWS and Node.js.
• Experience with frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Education:Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Soft Skills:Quick learner who embraces new technologies with a proactive mindset.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality engineering and owning projects end-to-end.
• Skilled at prioritizing business needs and identifying critical versus non-critical tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on modeling workflows into practical solutions.

Tech Stack:

• Languages & Frameworks: Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript), Vue, Flutter, Python.
• Infrastructure: AWS, Serverless, IaC.
• Development Approach: Agile, Service-oriented, TDD, CI/CD.
