Covercy has processed billions of dollars in payments to date and continues to expand offerings to clients in this highly underserved market. Total subscribers on the platform have increased by over 250% since the beginning of 2023.
Covercy is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representetive to handle incoming leads for transaction facilitation.
In this role, you will manage interactions with potential customers who want to use our platform for their money transactions. The focus is on efficiently converting inquiries into completed transactions through clear and effective communication.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can guide customers through the onboarding process smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or online communication tools to respond to inquiries and leads.
- Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs, ensuring a streamlined and hassle-free experience.
- Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to completed transaction.
- Accurately record interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a tech-related or SaaS industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple leads and tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with standard sales processes.
- A goal-driven approach with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving sales and delivering excellent service.
