Marketing Specialist- Maternity Leave Replacement

Core mission:

Supply Marketing Specialist will be responsible for launching and executing the IL Supply Marketing strategy, including brand management, leads generation, funnel optimization across all channels, NPS and satisfaction KPIs, Supply communications, Social & industry sentiment, tone of voice, USPs and key messages.

Reporting to the IL Head of Supply Marketing, and part of the IL Marketing unit, this role will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy towards our local supply (drivers), potential supply and churned supply, including all marketing activities towards our business’ supply.

This role is part of the IL marketing unit, in a matrix with the Supply business unit..

Working with (main ones): IL Marketing unit, Operation leadership, Global Marketing team, External suppliers, [Social, Studio, media, B2B, Product, etc.]

Responsibilities:

1. Daily manage and maintain a transparent and scalable Supply marketing machine, own drivers’ brand perception end-to-end, identify opportunities to develop new channels and/or expand existing ones for Supply acquisition.
2. Establish a content factory, able to produce relevant and highly engaging content for diverse stages on the leads, opportunities and users’ journey, including but not limited to Landing pages, SMS messages, Push notifications, 1-pagers, videos, Pop Ups, physical assets and more.
3. Ensure consistent and engaging communication flows throughout the customer journey.
4. Plan, document and execute all phases of the driver's lifecycle, monitor business performance and optimize accordingly.
5. Bring continuous optimization to drivers recruitment funnel, streamlining processes through technology & marketing automation, website and lead generation funnel.
6. Execute hands-on when needed internal communication, event management, growth & CRM campaigns, paid Search & Social.
7. Manage Gett’s Social networks presence among the Supply community, including managing external vendors, track the sentiment, engage and lead changes of perception when necessary.
8. Liaise with the different stakeholders and act as a gatekeeper for Supply communications and messages.

Requirements:

• Great and results-driven content writing ability, in a highly-demanding KPI’s oriented business environment - MUST
• Outstanding project management skills, including but not limited to touch-points activation, prioritization, and tight schedule delivery - MUST
• Deep understanding of the supply domain at Gett, including drivers pain-points, organizational memory of their experience, plans, and business model - MUST
• Analytic mind - being able to extract the real juice out of every effort, activity, project or funnel
• Tech savvy - ability to use multiple platforms and tools, to learn and master new technologies,
• Outstanding copywriting skills with strong attention to details while being KPIs oriented.
• Positive personality, with an energetic leadership style and strong resilience
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
