Creative Manager

Job Description

As a Creative Manager, you'll lead a diverse range of creative projects, from top-of-funnel (ToFu) online ads to brand partnerships and user activities, while developing compelling digital experiences that resonate with our audience. In your day-to-day, you'll:

• Oversee the conception and execution of creative campaigns that enhance brand engagement and elevate Wix’s identity
• Craft stories that inspire our users and impact potential audiences
• Collaborate with social and UA teams to create engaging multichannel content
• Maintain and evolve Wix’s brand identity across all channels
• Inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team in producing high-quality content
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and UA teams to develop strategies that enhance user engagement
• Lead the creative process from concept to completion, managing timelines and budgets
• Plan creative tests and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and diverse perspectives
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a creative management role, focusing on branding and performance marketing
• Exceptional understanding of social media trends and online activities
• Strong and diverse portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and projects across multiple platforms
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead campaigns from start to finish
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
• English proficiency and a deep understanding of the US and international markets
• Experience in the tech or digital marketing sector - an advantage
