Revenue Operations ManagerAbout the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to oversee our lead verification and revenue-driving processes. You're someone with a tenacious grit who thinks strategically and acts tactically. This role combines technical expertise, people management, and client-facing skills to ensure the smooth operation of our sales pipeline and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
This is a remote position for a US-Based company. You should be OK working on EST hours.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a small team of phone verification specialists to ensure high-quality lead verification and intent validation.
- Revenue Oversight: Own revenue goals by driving the qualification and conversion of inbound leads into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Operational Excellence: Administer Salesforce workflows, maintain data integrity, and optimize operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Salesforce Admin: You'll be in charge of Salesforce admin, should have experience building flows, creating reports & general SF Admin
- Client Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns related to lead quality or deliverables.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing arm to understand lead sources and ensure proper qualification and routing.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve lead quality, team performance, and revenue outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including Salesforce administration and workflow optimization.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and driving improvements.
- Familiarity with lead verification processes and intent qualification is a plus.
- Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or operations is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- A balance of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and working cross-functionally.
