Job Description

We are looking for EMEA Program & Fulfillment Manager HPC/AI to join our team!

How You’ll Make Your Mark

• End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the entire manufacturing and fulfillment lifecycle for HPC/AI DLC solutions, ensuring that production and delivery timelines are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams including Planning/Procurement, Engineering, Account & Deployment Teams, and the Business Unit to coordinate activities.
• Factory Operations: Collaborate with all factory teams at Foxconn to ensure efficient production processes, addressing any operational challenges that may arise.
• Stakeholder Management: Regularly update senior management on project progress, production status, and any issues that need attention. Present clear and concise reports to keep leadership informed.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues in the production or fulfillment process and work with the relevant teams to resolve them swiftly.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency and process improvements within the manufacturing and fulfillment pipeline to enhance overall performance.
  
  

About You

• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain management, particularly in a high-tech or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting to senior management (perfect English and ideally Czech communication skills)
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of direct liquid cooling and HPC/AI technologies is a plus, but not required.
