Job description:

Exodigo is seeking for an Executive Engineer to lead the planning, design, and implementation of projects involving relocatable or adaptive infrastructure. This role requires expertise in engineering principles, mobility technology, project management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project planning and process management

• Activating contractors and contracting while referring to bills of quantities and customer needs
  
  

• Familiarity with the needs of planners and the ability to go up to conversations with planners and provide solutions within the company
• Accompanying rehabilitation planning after invasive operations - probing and digging in the ground in order to locate infrastructure
• Supervision and quality control
• Managing and performing quality control for subcontractors - surveyors, soil contractors, infrastructure contractors
• Acquaintance with bills of quantities and tenders in which clauses are required to be carried out at work sitestechnical abilities
• Acquaintance with technologies and execution methods at a sufficient level to supervise and manage the work of contractors
• Drilling, excavation and restoration, locating and discovering underground
• Reading drawings in CAD
  
  

• Acquaintance with the Israeli regulation - insurances, process steps in issuing permits and approvals for work sites and for the benefit of conducting infrastructure surveys
• Familiarity with information systems and key personnel
• Work logs and contract work documentation
  
  

• At least 7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with 3 years working on projects involving movable or adaptive infrastructure.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a bonus!
• Solid skills using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Familiarity with building codes and mobility systems.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license or something similar (preferred but not required).
• Strong leadership and communication skills—you’ll need to work well with different teams.
• Flexibility to travel and oversee on-site work as needed.
