Motion Design Team Lead

Description

We are seeking an exceptional Team Lead to mentor, guide, and take ownership of the motion design team.

You will be guiding the team to execute end-to-end marketing assets and take a meaningful part in multidisciplinary teams as the motion design expert.

You’ll join our Design team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.About the role

About The Role

• Lead your team to excellence in practice, production, and execution with attention to corporate and functional strategies as well as design vision
• Be a design promoter that leads the culture and encourages innovation while balancing the need for optimization
• Hire and guide quality Design talent
• Collaborate with the different marketing teams to develop high-end marketing assets
• Handle team assignments and performance issues
• Be a strategic partner, working collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders
  
  

• 2+ years in leading a design team of at least 5 designers
• 7+ years of professional experience in motion design
• Strong leadership and social skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the marketing world and understanding of how design impacts marketing strategies
• High level of written and spoken English
